The traditional way of cooking is on wood and the electricity is generated from the power of the sun via a photovoltaic system. There is running water in the kitchen. A bathroom and toilet are also available in the house. However, buckets are used to wash and shower. Should it ever go down into the valley, then the communities of Klosters and Davos attract with a variety of shopping and activity options.

Bei uns geniessen Sie erholsame Tage im Sommer wie auch im Winter. Auf einfachen und anspruchsvolleren Wanderwegen sowie Skipisten. Es liegt nach Süden ausgerichtet mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick Richtung Tödi/Ortstock/Fisetengrat und nach Linthal.
Das Haus bietet Strom, Warm- und Kaltwasser. Es ist ausgestattet mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Wohn- und Esszimmer, vollausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Bad/Dusche/WC, Gäste-WC. Geheizt wird in erster Linie mit der Holzheizung (Kachelofen), ergänzend können die Elektrospeicheröfen eingeschaltet werden. Im Garten befindet sich eine Feuerstelle, welche an lauen Sommerabenden zum gemütlichen Grillieren einlädt.
